Menu Plan Monday #21

Week of April 23-29, 2007
Monday: Leftover Hearty Hash Brown Dinner
Tuesday: Spaghetti with salad
NOTE: I didn't get to cook the spaghetti last week.
Wednesday: Pizza
NOTE: Mondays are usually Pizza nights at OurHome, but this week we will have Pizza on Wednesday as I have a semi-full schedule and I know that by the end I will too tired to think about cooking so I will just pop in a Red Baron Pizza for dinner.
Thursday: Teriyaki Salmon (or Tilapia) w/ Lipton's Chicken Flavored Rice, steamed veggies
NOTE: When I was pregnant with DearDaughter1 I ate fish once a week to get my Omega-3 intake. I've been horrible about eating fish during this pregnancy and am beginning this once a week fish deal again. Therefore, Teriyaki Salmon or Teriyaki Tilapia will be on the menu at least once a week. It's my favorite way of making fish.
Friday: Store bought roasted chicken w/ white rice, steamed veggies
Saturday: Korean BBQ Chicken w/ white rice, steamed veggies
Sunday: Korean BBQ Chicken leftovers

Wow the Korean bbq marinade sounds really good!

I don't get nearly enough fish in my diet either.

Have a great week,

Sherry

I'll have to check out that marinade. We just had Korean beef barbecue at a friend's yesterday and it was fabulous!
Have a great week.

Great menu! I also wanted to tell you that I just finished reading the post by Greg Johnson in your sidebar and can I just say that was the best thing I've read in ages!
Thank you so much for directing me to it.
