Verse of the Day:
“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:5-6)
Today was a great day!
I've been implementing some changes with DearDaughter and it has been quite effective. I will write a separate post about these changes soon. As a result of these changes, things with DearDaughter went quite well and I did not get angry at all!
I was able to do my Tuesday chores and plan out this week's goals for my personal Master bedroom organizational challenge.
DearHubby came home early. He went to the doctor to get checked out for his illness. He told the doctor about how he gets extremely sick when he catches a cold and so he's being sent for a CT scan and blood work. He also contacted the surgeon who operated on his knees and the doctor said there may be a possible infection from the surgery. We pray that whatever DearHubby has is not serious, but if it is God's will for DearHubby to stay sick, that He will give us the means to get through that obstacle.
Well, we received word from the septic engineer today that the certificate that we need for the Board of Health was completed. So, we all took a drive to the engineer's office and then a drive to drop off the certificate to the Board of Health. Tomorrow I will need to return to the Board of Health to pick up our license to operate and then hopefully I will have time to take all the paperwork to the township to get our permit applications started for the new baby room. Though things are getting close to deadlines, I do thank God for orchestrating everything so perfectly and things are falling into place!
After dinner I worked on updating our budget. Things are looking really tight, yet I am not worried. God has always sufficiently provided as we have been servants with our money. We don't spend unwisely and so I trust that God will continue his sufficient provisions!
In Pursuit of His Call
