Happy New Year 2008!

Another Happy New Year!!!

Here is what I wrote last year:

My ONE goal I would like to accomplish this year is to organize my entire home. After one year of learning what it's like to be a Mommy, I've recognized that an organized home makes housekeeping that much more simple. I'm not quite sure how each month will look, so this post will be revisited again.

Looking back, I think I did a good job sticking to this ONE goal...Even though I completely forgot about this post, I must have had organization as my top priority in mind...I was able to go through my entire house and organize it in bite-sized pieces and set up a routine for myself...

This year, I am going to refine my routine and determine how to maintain the organization...In addition, although I was able to organize my whole house, I need to return to certain areas again and reorganize AND clean...I don't have a specific goal like I did last year...

Perhaps my ONE goal this year is to be more of a HELP to my husband and to be more available for my children...

Happy New Year 2007!

Happy New Year!

I will be posting an update to our Illinois road trip and some thoughts I had about Christmas time preparations soon. However, this post is to just jot down some thoughts/goals I had for the NEW year, especially concerning my household.

My ONE goal I would like to accomplish this year is to organize my entire home. After one year of learning what it's like to be a Mommy, I've recognized that an organized home makes housekeeping that much more simple. I'm not quite sure how each month will look, so this post will be revisited again.

For the month of January, my primary goal is to return to the paperwork organization I started months back. However, this time I will be more aggressive with my plan of attack and try to get it done within a month.

Goals:
January - organize LAUNDRY ROOM
