Receiving letters from missionaries keep me encouraged. Here is the latest update from a missionary named Mariah. She's a missionary in Argentina.

Dear Friends,

Many of you have heard the news: that I have been offered another missionary teaching job, for this coming school year (07-08), in...

ACCRA, GHANA!!

My two years in Argentina has been amazing, a truly enriching experience! I will take great memories with me! You can view www.mariahtravels.blogspot.com to see more!

I am very excited about this next position and about the new location. I've been hired to help build an elementary program in Accra’s International Christian School (AISA) in Ghana, which is still in its beginning stages; with only about 60 students- but growing rapidly! www.aisaccra.org (A picture of the school is attached below).

I’ll be working through a mission organization called NICS (Network of International Christian Schools) www.nics.org

I feel so passionate about teaching in these international schools, and working with third-culture kids*. (* these kids can be read about at www.tckinteract.net ) I'll be attending a specific missions training, in June, in Mississippi, for this position.

I want to accept this position very much, but it is dependent on being able to raise enough support for my flights to training and out to Ghana.

As I head towards this goal, I am asking you to consider how God might want you to be involved too in the ministry, either through prayer or finances; or both!

If you are willing to pray, please let me know so that I know who and where my prayer base is out there!

If you are willing and able to make donations, please see below for donation info. I have the goal of June 8th for purchasing tickets (this is suggested by the mission organization).

Much love to you all and I pray you are all finding as much fulfillment in the Lord where you are, as I am here!

We serve a great God!

Mariah
