Menu Plan Monday #20

Week of April 16-22, 2007
Monday: Pizza
NOTE: Mondays are Pizza nights at OurHome. I am usually out during the day running errands and by the end I am usually too tired to think about cooking and I just pop in a DiGiorno Pizza for dinner.
Tuesday: Chicken Soup
NOTE: Our family is still sick from last week.
Wednesday: Spaghetti with salad
Thursday: Teriyaki Salmon (or Tilapia) w/ Lipton's Chicken Flavored Rice, steamed veggies
NOTE: When I was pregnant with DearDaughter1 I ate fish once a week to get my Omega-3 intake. I've been horrible about eating fish during this pregnancy and am beginning this once a week fish deal again. Therefore, Teriyaki Salmon or Teriyaki Tilapia will be on the menu at least once a week. It's my favorite way of making fish.
Friday: Store bought roasted chicken w/ white rice, steamed veggies
Sunday: Hearty Hash Brown Dinner leftovers

Update from last week's menu:
I didn't get to try last week's Pineapple Pork Roast because when I went grocery shopping I had a coupon for an already marinated roast. Although the unmarinated roast was cheaper, after purchasing the can of pineapples and the package of dried cranberries, it would have cost more than the discounted marinated roast. So, I opted for the cheaper option. Nonetheless, the Oven Roasted flavored roast was still delish!

Also, instead of making Teriyaki Salmon last week, we had Teriyaki Tilaipia instead. That was still yummy too!!!
