Monday: Pizza
NOTE: Mondays are Pizza nights at OurHome. I am usually out during the day running errands and by the end I am usually too tired to think about cooking and I just pop in a DiGiorno Pizza for dinner.

NOTE: Dinner guests are bringing veggies & dessert.

NOTE: I keep putting this recipe off. Last week it was because we went to a birthday party dinner.

Here is a picture of last week's Teriyaki Lo Mein with Beef. I just follow the instructions on the Lipton envelope for the Teriyaki Lo Mein. However, I do prepare the beef beforehand:
Quick Teriyaki Beef by In Pursuit of His Call
Ingredients:
1/2 pound sandwich or minute steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
Few drops of Tobasco
Heat olive oil in frying pan
Heat olive oil in frying pan
Add steak to pan and stir-fry until light brown in color
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and Tobasco
Stir-fry until steak is dark brown, about 1 minute

I always serve salad with spaghetti but I love he idea of serving it with steamed veggies! Thanks for the idea!!
