Menu Plan Monday #2

Week of October 30-November 5, 2006
NOTE: This week will be a boring menu week. I have challenged myself to spend under budget at the grocery store today because I went over budget with my grocery bill in October. So nothing fancy for a few weeks.
Monday: Pizza
NOTE: Mondays are Pizza nights at OurHome. I am usually out during the day running errands and by the end I am usually too tired to think about cooking and I just pop in a DiGiorno Pizza for dinner.
Tuesday: Leftover Pork Roast from last week's menu
Wednesday: Leftover Meatloaf from last week's menu
Thursday: Roasted chicken with white rice and steamed veggies
Friday: Roasted chicken leftovers

Saturday: Cream of Mushroom Chicken (in crockpot) w/ Uncle Ben's Chicken Roasted Flavored Rice & steamed veggies
Sunday: Teriyaki Chicken with white rice and steamed veggies
NOTE: I usually make my own Teriyaki sauce but if I find a bottled one today I will get that to save some time. The next time I make this from scratch, I'll post the recipe.

Update from last week:

Here's a picture of my Pork Roast.

I deviated from my menu a little last week. I substituted the Chicken Roast meal with an easier crockpot meal (Cream of Mushroom Chicken) which I'm also making again this week.

Staying under budget is a good thing, and you still have a delicious sounding menu here! All of that chicken sounds good, we love chicken at our house :)

Have a great day and a wonderful week!

I like to use leftovers to create new meals. We have leftover meatloaf which I will make meatloaf sandwiches.
