The girls woke up this morning not knowing what laid ahead of them for the day...

We had pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Here, DearDaughter1 actually tried some eggs because she didn't want her younger sister to show her up, who was really enjoying her eggs and kept asking for more...

After breakfast, we got dressed and packed up, ready to go to the beach. We left our house around 10:30am and didn't get to Sunset Beach until about 2pm. It was longer than a 3 hour ride, but all worth it :)

DearHubby chose this particular beach to take all his girls hunting for "diamonds", Cape May diamonds, for Mommy's birthday. While we were there, a photographer of a travel magazine saw us hunting for diamonds and requested our permission to take a few shots of us. Mommy was nursing DearDaughter3 at the time, so just the 2 older girls and DearHubby were photographed.

Here are random shots from our day...

What a great birthday present! It looks like a beautiful beach. So were any diamonds found? :)
