Baking cookies with your little one is a lot of fun. They can help with pouring the measured ingredients in the bowl to cutting out fun shapes with the cookie cutter. It's a good way to be productive with your time while having some one on one fun and educational time with your little one.
Note: Toddlers can only help for so long and you will eventually be the one finishing up the cookies. Don't get frustrated if they lose interested after a time. At that point, set up another activity for them and finish the cookies or bake the ones that you already have and wrap the dough up in a saran wrap and finish the rest of the cookies when you will have uninterrupted time.
