Overnight guests will love waking up to a warm stack of jacks drizzled with sauteed bananas, berries, and maple syrup.
2 bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
...warm maple syrup
...fresh raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries
In a large skillet (cast-iron works well) cook sliced bananas in melted butter for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Top pancakes with the bananas and a sprinkling of berries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
