NOTE: No new recipe to try this week. My pregnancy is just making it more and more difficult to cook and so I've been choosing easy meals.
Week of July 2-8, 2007
Monday: Pizza, salad
NOTE: Mondays are Pizza nights at OurHome. I am usually out during the day running errands and by the end I am usually too tired to think about cooking and I just pop in a Red Baron Pizza for dinner.
Tuesday: Beef taco
Wednesday: Beef taco leftovers
Thursday: "Caprial Pence" marinated chicken, Uncle Ben's rice, salad
NOTE: Didn't cook this recipe last week. Not sure what meal I substituted for it, but I don't think we had take-out...My memory's really going on me now that the baby will be with us any day now...
Friday: Spaghetti, salad
Saturday: Spaghetti leftovers, salad
Sunday: Cream of Mushroom chicken, rice, salad

In addition to Monday Memories, please come back to read about my week's preparation for Little One #2's coming...This was a very challenging pregnancy for me and it's only been within the last week that the Lord has finally given me peace and I am now embracing and anticipating Little One #2's arrival and am very excited!!!
